[esocialaction] open doc proposal - Roles and Finance

Well.. I didn´t figure out that the deadline were so near.

I will focus in the points that seems to be needing more effort.

About the Tool development / integration
There is a group in Brazil that is doing and systematic analysis of free
software for multimedia production (sound and video). Most of them came from
tactical media Brazil. I Believe that almost all software have English
versions. I were hoping to contact them to establish some kind of bridge,
since they now are related with a major project in the Brazilian government
but I don´t know if there will be enough time. If you think it is needed I
could call some one from that group to the discussion.

About Documentary making / testing
I can put the NGO that I work with in Brazil to test the softwares, also, we
can make a documentary or something, the issue is that, since the software
will be in English, i believe that could be difficult to put the community
were we work to do the test since they can´t speak the language, but, people
from the staff of the NGO can handle English very well, so maybe them from
the staff could work as a tester community (the staff is broad inf social
and geographic origins and context). In this case, I could do the training
with them.

I believe that more than expertise an project might need "institutional
support", and I wish I could help with this, the best I can is to act
through the NGO were I´m working as Projects Director.

So, you people know much better than me how to elaborate an project, I´m
interested in help in any way I can, anything you people think that I could
be helpful, please contact me.

Ariel
