About the Tool development / integration<br>
There is a group in Brazil that is doing and systematic analysis of
free software for multimedia production (sound and video). Most of them
came from tactical media Brazil. I Believe that almost all software
have English versions. I were hoping to contact them to establish some
kind of bridge, since they now are related with a major project in the
Brazilian government but I donīt know if there will be enough time. If
you think it is needed I could call some one from that group to the
discussion.<br>
<br>About Documentary making / testing<br>
I can put the NGO that I work with in Brazil to test the softwares,
also, we can make a documentary or something, the issue is that, since
the software will be in English, i believe that could be difficult to
put the community were we work to
do the test since they canīt speak the language, but, people from the
staff of the NGO can handle English very well, so maybe them from the
staff could work as a tester community (the staff is broad inf social
and geographic origins and context). In this case, I could do the
training with them.<br>

I believe that more than expertise an project might need "institutional
support", and I wish I could help with this, the best I can is to act
through the NGO were Iīm working as Projects Director.<br>

So, you people know much better than me how to elaborate an project,
Iīm interested in help in any way I can, anything you people think that
