[SlugBug] Webalizer not reading appended log file

Thanks for this, unfortunately its not only possible duplicate dates in 
the log that are ignored.  I have statistics from quite a while back 
which have not been read.

Bruno mentioned it could be a sequencing issue, and that they may need 
stripping out (Thanks).  I reinitialized webalizer using -f and got;

[new_unode] Warning: String exceeds storage size

STW for this but will need to look into further, I'll report back 
anything significant.

*Shot in the dark*
I have also been sniffing around webalizer.conf and this refers to a 
webalizer.hist. "The history file keeps the data for up to 12 months 
worth of logs" my logs were over 12 months old could this be a possible 
cause of my problem.
