[Shefflea-broadband] Megastream connection

All,

The link between Sheffield (Fir Vale) and Leeds was switched over to the
new megastream 100 Mb connection at 6:00 this evening, and has been
tested as working from my CLC. You will not need to make any
configuration changes as a result of this change.
