[Shefflea-broadband] Megastream upgrade

All,

BT have confirmed that they will carry out an upgrade to the
Sheffield-Leeds link from the current 34Mb metro service to a 100Mb
megastream circuit, at 6 pm this Friday, 2 December. The work will take
15 minutes. A user acceptance test will be carried out following the
changeover, most likely at Sheffield South CLC.
