2. Background, sheffield.coop set up in March 2012 to promote co-operatives and co-operation in Sheffield. Garath outlined the Regather SCC small grant project:
    
The main aims of Regather Forum are to:
    
1) Create a mobile, accessible ?pop-up? workshop space suitable for hosting indoor and outdoor participatory workshops

2) Host a series of 6 facilitated workshops in locations across Sheffield exploring cooperative solutions to contemporary economic and social challenges

3) Develop and deliver 2 projects based on the outcomes of these workshops

4) Engage Sheffield residents and Regather Traders in a co-operative response economic and social change

a) Can we get Sheffield Council to put up a Co-operatives Banner on the Town Hall for the Co-Ops Fortnight?
b) Can we have a stall in the City centre one day?

d) Are there any co-operative schools in Sheffield? There are several in Barnsley. We need to find out.
e) Film screenings, to agree list of flims by email

2) Co-ops Corner at:

a) Ruskin Park Funday 6 July (International Co-Ops Day) - Garath to lead on this

b) Sheffield Green Fair July 13th - Garath to lead on this

3) Co-Opoly board game night

a) No permission needed if we don't charge people for the film

5) Co-Op Schools focused event? / Education 

6) The big picture,:global crisis of climate, energy and economic collapse and local co-operative responsives: Energy (Sheffield Renewables), Food (Hazelhurst CSA), Housing (Shiro, Instead, Brambles, Fireside), Money / Finance (Sheffield Credit Union), community (Transition Sheffield). Could we screen http://crisisofcivilization.com/ and follow it with a workshop?
