I noticed the same behaviour I was debugging PTmender.

dmg

Michal twisted the bytes to say:

Michal> I realized, that nona ignores horizontal and vertical offset parameters.
Michal> I stitched pano with nona and PTStitcher using this script:

 Michal> ----------------------------------------------------------------------
 Michal> p f2 w4000 h2000 v360 n"TIFF_m"
 Michal> m g1 i0 f1

 Michal> # output image lines
 Michal> o w3900 h2616 f0 a0.009908 b-0.046815 c0.045396 d4.74539 e52.7809 g0
 Michal> p3.38111 r-94.0374 t0 v112.697 y-71.2998 u10 m0 n"Image0025.tif"
 Michal> o w3900 h2616 f0 a0.009908 b-0.046815 c0.045396 d-0.660269 e81.9147 g0
 Michal> p84.7377 r46.6017 t0 v112.697 y135.349 u10 m0 n"Image0026.tif"
 Michal> ----------------------------------------------------------------------

Michal> Both outputs were totally different. When I set d and e to zero, output
Michal> from PTStitcher was identical to output from nona. Is it known bug?
