[ptx] none ignores d, e parameters

I realized, that nona ignores horizontal and vertical offset parameters. 
I stitched pano with nona and PTStitcher using this script:

Both outputs were totally different. When I set d and e to zero, output 
from PTStitcher was identical to output from nona. Is it known bug?
