[ptx] HuginOSX - new build (nothing changed except compiler)

Hi all,

I recompiled HuginOSX and other related libraries with GCC 4.0. New
build is optimised for G4, and using autovectorisation. Feels
slightly faster, but with much smaller file size anyway. Not
confirmed, but it should work on 10.3.9 as well.

Thanks,
ippei
