[ptx] New features in cvs

Hi,

I've just commited code for several new features to the cvs:

- (nona) Better handling of fisheye images, nona should remap
           them correctly now. (no more black areas at the sides)
- (hugin) more robust center and fit functions in Panorama Preview
- (hugin) Control point editor works with wxWidgets 2.6
- (hugin) simultaneous scrolling in Control point editor stops
            in both images if one reached the border.

They are not tested well yet, but they seem to work.
