[ptx] linking error on Tiger

Hi douglas,

I sorted out this one actually a few minutes before your mail.  
Somehow libcommon only was set to compile with gcc3.3 where others  
are with system default, which was 3.3 but is now 4.0. Now it makes  
sense 'cause linker looks for libstdc++-3.3 not 4.0. My stupid mistake.

My big apologies.

I'm now re-compiling it with optimisation on. Hopefully new one is  
gonna be up soon.
