Hi,

I've just made some small updates.

fixed crash when changing hfov/vfov.
The preview panel can show the outlines of the panorama images.

Hmm, looks a bit messy with many pictures, it can be disabled
in the config file, or registry (under \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\.hugin).
Just set PreviewPanel/drawOutlines to 0.

Seems like we need a preferences dialog some day.
