Hi Laura

This may not be very helpful but places I can think of include that sold in
Sheff:
- National Centre for Pop Music sold for £1 to SHU (not 100% sure was SCC
tho)
- Park Hill Flats being privately developed
- There was a big old stone school building in Lower Walkley/ Netherthorpe
that was made into flats??
- Places knocked down or about to be = Jessops Hosp & Don Valley Stadium

I've seen there's also a long list of council buildings that are for sale,
or have their leases for sale. For example the lease of the Former Lodge of
Hillsborough Park is up for grabs as a possible cafe.

On a different tack, Portland Works near Bramall Lane is another example of
a now community owned building that narrowly avoided being sold and
developed.
