A question to those of you who are involved in Circuit Riders / eRiders activities.

Consultants in the commercial world make use of a lot of 'capability models' or metrics that can help an organisation to evaluate
how effectively it is using technology or what its strengths and weaknesses are. These can take the form of self adminstered
questionnaires or balanced scorecard tools.

Evaluating an organisation with these might then lead on to particular suggestions as to what to prioritise.

A question I have is whether such assessment models are available in the social action world? 

Any suggestions? Perhaps some of those who are attending Loughbourough might have some suggestions?
