One tag that will be interesting to visitors to del.icio.us is nptech (non-profit technology). We may want to filter that a bit
with tags of our own, for example open-source.

using http://del.icio.us/ for some collaborative bookmarking? Looking
at tags there including socialtech socialsoftware
communityinformatics throws up a lot of references
