[esocialaction] open movie project

This sounds like a really exciting idea!

Sheffield Hallam has a strong film & media department. Another person who may be interested is  Aake Walldius in Stockholm (cc-d).
He is a documentary film maker whose PhD is about using patterns (as in Alexander, Gamma etc.) to describe film genres!

A small design workshop of a few people might doable within the Technology and Social Action if people are interested.

Possible funding - we could be thinking European. Or we may be looking towards foundations (Ford Foundation / Soros Foundation or
something like that?). If there was strong UK involvement, it is the sort of thing that the AHRC would be interested in.
