Hi O&E

I remember Sanford having some adventures with fire risk assessment so
there might be some knowledge there. How about Nettleton?

Enjoy your day!

Hi there,

We need to look further into fire risk assessment at the drive and we
were wondering if you would know whether we need to have a written fire
risk assessment as per the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

We have operated up to now as domestic premises and don't have a risk
assessment, however our fire alarm needs work and the fire safety
maintenance company is asking for a fire risk assessment.
Before calling the fire brigade in we want to be clear about how this
applies to us: legally we are an HMO but this is a domestic premise, so
we don't need to have one.
Do you know of anyone who may be able to advise us on this?
Many thanks
Cecile
