Copy and paste issues.... - the first line should read:

"Thought I'd just drop a mail to the list (as its been very quiet, and I 
have some time) to say that if you haven't looked at E17 (*

your normal window manager / Desktop environment. "

I don't know why I pasted the list email address but, hey it could have 
been worse.
