So it does. I think the Razor team may have an error in their
documentation[1] then (where they state it as a pre-req). Pulling down
their SDK tarball (essentially a perl pre-req's tarball; didn't want to
install it as I've already got most/all of the modules), and exploding
seems to show that File::Copy isn't there, but File::Spec is.

I need to do some more investigation by the looks of things - something
isn't quite right somewhere.
