[SlugBug] Mailman on a Raq

I don't know if symlinking the mailman binary is enough, sendmail
certainly needs to be configured to deliver to the new location.

I symlinked mailman from this directory - would that be enough?

I'll have a trawl through the various logs and see what I find - plus I'll 
find a suitable bounce message. I'll post back my findings 
tomorrow.
