Agreed, IMO.
List admins can deal with one off moderations.

Comments/corrections?
The one which will need discussing in the above text is the paragraph
about reply-positioning. The one in the text is a nock together of a 2
year argument, but we could easily change it to say "NO TOP POSTING".
