[SlugBug] FSF/GNU FTP servers compromised since March

Just a headsup for everybody. The FSF have admitted that they're primary
file servers had been compromised from mid-march until two weeks ago. The
FSF is confident that no code has been compromised, however should it
appear that it has, then all mirror sites will also be affected.
