[SlugBug] esd -nobeeps

I've had several problems with ESD starting when i didn't want it to.
Depending on the version of GNOME, i could sometimes disable it
sucessfully, but even then sometimes some gnome-linked app would start
and bring ESD with it. And it's a truely awful program.
The only solution i found, was to remove it and 'ln -s /usr/bin/true
/usr/bin/esd' :)
