[Shefflea-broadband] Upgrade to Sheffield-Leeds connection - consultation on timing of switchover

All,

BT have completed the installation of an upgrade to the connection
between Sheffield (Fir Vale) and Leeds, replacing the current 34Mb Metro
connection with a 100Mb Megastream link. This email is to consult you
about when to allow BT to make the change between the current circuit
and the new one. 

BT have advised that there will be a 15 minute break in service while
the changeover is effected. I propose to ask them to do this after 6 on
a Friday evening, either next Friday (18 November) or the Friday after
(25 November). If this timing causes problems for any schools/centres on
this list, please let me know ASAP.
