[sheffield-coops] Pair of terraced houses for sale suitable for housing co-op

Hi there. If there are any emerging housing cooperatives looking for a suitable property to buy, I've just been told about two neighbouring  terraced houses that have been knocked through and the owner is looking to sell them. They are on Scott Rd in Burngreave and have not gone on the market yet. One is in need of improvement.
