[ptx] ImgCenter bug

Hi,

I found a couple of bugs in ImgCenter:

1. When I d&d mouse from right bottom to left top, the cropping area  
disappears from the screen, and value becomes left>right, top>bottom,  
which should be swapped.

2. So as when the center is fixed.

3. Reset button unchecks the 'always center' checkbox, which is  
checked by default. Reset should mean back to default.

4. Closing the window with close box leads to crash. It should do  
exactly the same action as the cancel button. Crash was at  
ImgCenter::~ImgCenter (ImageCenter.cpp:142)

I hadn't really tried cropping button before. But as it was moved to  
the images panel, more people like me would try it. I'm not sure  
whether these bugs were there before.
