[ptx] thoughts for hugin UI, post 0.5

Here's a screenshot of what hugin's "Stitcher" tab looks like now:

it's a bit cluttered, and it has a lot of weird usability bugs, like
the disabled "soft blending" checkbox is only enabled by the proper
setting of the "image format" drop down box, which is in a different
logical grouping below it, and other weird things like the small
logical grouping named "stitching options" being a sub-grouping of the
larger "custom stitching options" group, as well as the setting of the
image dimensions in pixels is outside of the logical grouping "output
file options" (you'd sorta think the settings for the size of the
output image would have some effect on the output image).

So I made this mockup:

It's still a bit cluttered, but it does a better job of keeping
related things together I think.
