[ptx] Problem with autopano sift and hugin

Hi

I have a problem running autopanog-sift via mono from hugin under linux.

When getting autopano to Create CtrlPoints from Hugin it fails with 
error code 1 at the end of PTO FIle Generation

Any suggestions as to whats wrong. Have I built something incorrectly or 
missed a package out ?
