[ptx] Hugin/PTStitcher on Circular Fisheye images

I'm trying to do sphaerical panoramas using hugin and I ran into some
problems.
I have already reported abou the nona-360-deg bug (gaps at 360-0 deg
crossing). So until this isn't fixed, I cannot use nona for panoramas
crossing the 360-0 border.
So I tried PTStitcher, and ir works fine with one exception:
I need to load the files into hugin in landscape format, even if they
were taken in portrait mode. Otherwise the output images are cropped by
the hvof of the small side of the images. That only happens using
PTStitcher out of hugin - nona works fine in that case.
