[ptx] Is it possible to stitch 3 handshot fotos in hugin for HDR in a layered tiff?

Hello,

I'm just curious. I got 3 different exposed fotos of a scene, but 
handshot, without a tripod. 
I'm wondering if it might be possible to stitch them into a 3 layer tiff 
by using hugin or a comparable opensource/freeware software?

If it would be possible, I'm wondering how to do it.

Also, I'm curious, if there is a opensource/freeware HDR Software, to 
work with such tiff's, or "panotools processsed" multiple handshot 
images.
