[ptx] ERROR (new one)

Hello,
concerning hugin 0.5 rc1
In an attempt to solve previous error described in previous post I 
deleted all files in
  C:\Documents and Settings\mick.CLOWNFISH\Local Settings\Temp

Thinking anything in Temp is fair game.
now when I attempt to optimize I get error

ERROR: (\Projects\hugin\src\Panorama\Panorama.cpp:957) 
PT::Panorama:;readOptimizerutput():Could not open PT_script.txt


reboots and reinstall appear to make no diference.

Help !!
