[ptx] hugin --prefix and building RPM packages

I just get errors, I think chroot has to be run by root which isn't
an option for building RPMs:

  $ mkdir foo
  $ /usr/sbin/chroot foo
  /usr/sbin/chroot: cannot change root directory to foo: Operation not permitted
