I have a version for fedora fc2 woking ok:

It requires various RPMs (mono-core, gtk-sharp, mono-winforms &
monodevelop) from the go-mono site:

  http://www.mono-project.com/downloads/

If these install on Mandrake, then probably the autopano-sift SRPM
will be ok too.
