[ptx] current hugin CVS stuff

To get the current hugin CVS to compile (on fedora-1) I needed to
add these includes:

   -I/usr/include/gtk-1.2 -I/usr/include/gdk-1.2 \
   -I/usr/include/glib-1.2 -I/usr/lib/glib/include

Hugin itself doesn't run, I think there is a missing cursor file:
