[ptx] HuginOSX : Standalone

OK,

I got it downloaded today and are just playing around with it...

... first impressions:

- it gets started
- menu bar is empty - except a Hugin menu - opening that one crashes 
hugin
- the toolbar is shown only for a moment and then it vanished (may be 
its behind another gui element )
- all the different areas are layouted correctly (as far as I've seen 
them yet), only "control ponts" looks a bit strange if no images are 
load
- a click on a pull down box of your choice (e.g. stiching engine on 
the stitcher pane) kills the applikation

but hey, basically its running, everything else can probably fixed soon.
