[ptx] OSX with XCode

Hello!

As to the boost problem, I have no idea.

Last week, I compiled HuginOSX with wx2.5.1 and its resource file in=20
/usr/local/lib, and got menus working.
Only a few problems remains, but Hugin itself is working fine.

I think it's ok to use wx 2.5.1 instead of 2.4.
I can't upload homepage now, but you can add resource manager build=20
phase then /usr/local/lib/libwx_mac-2.5.1.rsrc in it.
