[ptx] new windows snapshot with working autopano 1.03 support

Hi,

I just came back from my holiday, with lots of pano's to assemble.
I've also uploaded a windows build that supports autopano v 1.03
directly. Just select the images that should be processed by autopano in
the first screen, click on the "Create ctrl points" button and select
the right autopano.exe

Alexandre, is there a linux version in sight? The new autopano is really
a lot better than the old version, and I'd like to switch from
autopano-sift to autopano, because it's a lot faster. :)
