wxPanoViewer continue (fwd)

forgot to send it to the list.

I asked Ben Allfree, the author of wxPanoViewer, to let us continue his
viewer. Here is his answere. The sources are in hugin cvs included. I
hope we can get up an windows binary together with an hugin one for
downloading sometimes.

Also right, I have not maintained wxPanoViewer since April 2000, I just host
it. I am happy someone wants to do it finally. You may develop and maintain
wxPanoViewer under the terms of the GPL. Please include Windows executables
in your sourceforge.
