"An economy for the 99%"

This is the title of a workshop taking place this Saturday (May 19th) in the Quaker Meeting House, to which all supporters of Positive Money are invited. It is being organised by WDM (World Development Movement), to coincide with the Climate Jobs Caravan which is in Sheffield this Friday and Saturday.

I will be speaking about Positive Money, and there will be a number of other speakers including presentations on 'co-operatives' and on 'scaling up local initiatives'.

The themes are - finding new economic solutions, scaling up what is already happening locally, challenging local and global inequalities, and making the links to climate jobs.

Doors open 9:30 for 10:00 start.
After initial presentations by the speakers, there will be three parallel workshops, and a final plenary session finishing at 12:30
Cost is £0 to £10 depending on ability to pay

Please come and join us!

Peter
