Dear Carl,

I have been asked to write to you to convey the decision of tonight's
General assembly.  Whilst we appreciate the offer to meet with Dean
Peter Bradley  we must decline for tomorrow as this is too short notice.
Also we feel this to be the wrong time since we are still facing legal
action.  We would be very happy to meet the Dean once legal issues are
resolved.
