Hi Andy

Good question.

To take the motion forward into the National Conference an organisation that is affiliated with the PAAA must submit it to the organisers by latest 22 Feb. As I understand it any national or genuine existing local anti-cuts or other campaign org can affiliate (ie not just local PAs) and thereby submit a motion (actually I think each org is entitled to submit up to 2 motions).

Such organisations (ie affiliated ones) are ALSO entitled to send up to 10 delegates to the conference, and thereby have a say in the national decisions that get made on this and any other motions. 

I have no idea how decision making will take place at the conference itself, it may be in the literature I sent at the beginning but I haven't had time to check it yet - perhaps someone else will.
