[OccupyComms] twin cities

Hello everybody!

Someone from Occupy Norwich just had a great idea, we could form twin 
cities with other occupations in countries across the globe! That way we 
could improve the communication within the movement globally. What do 
you think? We have just asked Occupy Philadelphia to be our twin, 
awaiting their response...

Hope the next national conference goes well! We have a delegate coming 
to Sheffield : )
