I've added you on the email list Leonie in case no one else has - look at
the link at the bottom of these emails for info on how to add others.

Re the survey, I'm not far off finishing this now -  I've been keeping an
eye on the forum for suggestions and have included those as well as a few
that have been emailed.  If there is anyone that wants to suggest anything
else that they think should be on the survey feel free to email me
directly, or add your suggestions on the forum.
