Conscious I've delayed you Anthony, sorry been away.  I don;t have time now
for the full write up, but the relevant minutes re leaflet design are
below.

btw I was with SAVE Britain's Heritage yesterday (useful friends and the
best campaigners over buildings in the country).  Not that this should
necessarily turn into a campaign of course.  I asked them in passing about
restrictive covenants in this situation, they didn't have a lot to add but
said with contested restrictive covenants it usually boiled down to how
good the lawyers representing either side were.  I can get a fuller
response should it ever be needed.

A5 was agreed as the format for a leaflet, prices would be obtained for a
run of 5000 double sided, possibly full colour if not much more expensive.

 We didn't discuss this but I'd suggest wordpress blog, holding page (might
the more wordy text I provided for the leaflet be useful there?, link to
the survey.meersbrookhall.org.uk   -I can host this on my server, easier
for development purposes (happy to host site on there also) will pass on
IP)  and a link to the forum  (forum.meersbrook etc?)).      Plus Facebook
link - I did suggest page, but  from experience I'd say start with group
for now and then move onto a page when the organisation is established
