Its a good beginning. I know that the dramatic society that used to use the United Reform Church for performances can no longer do that as there is no stage. Might we consider a performance space? What about involving the Heeley Art Club. If we could look at where there is demand in the area that is not being met either because there is nowhere or because the booking fees are too high or places are fully booked. Suggest we also look at the interaction there could be between Walled Garden, Bishops House, and Meersbrook House such as education centre to look at whole history of the park and facilities for children visiting Bishops House which would of course be used for the After school club.
