A reminder that the HAZELHURST CSA AGM is this THURSDAY
(26th September), 6.30PM at SHARROW OLD JUNIOR SCHOOL, South View Road,
Sharrow, S7 1DB.

We expect the meeting to run as follows:

6.30PM -
Arrival and refreshments

6.45PM - Presentation by Huw Evans about
Sheffield Organic Growers

7.10pm - Minutes of the last AGM and the
Management Committee's annual report including finances.

7.50PM -
Proposal for the future of Hazelhurst CSA

8.00PM - Time for questions
and viewpoints

8.30PM - Voting on the proposal

8.40PM - Nominations
and elections for management committee members

9.00PM - Close of
meeting 

WE WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF ANYONE COULD BRING A CAKE OR
SOME OTHER SNACKS TO SHARE. IF THEY ARE MADE USING HAZELHURST PRODUCE
EVEN BETTER!
