Well, yes, the CAD format it's a important issue, but I'm thinking in a
web tool, to join the collaborative work of architects. Like
sourceforge.net, but focusing in architecture (of buildings not of
computers) , that is, archiforge...I'll do a proposal in this list ASAP.
