Guys,

I recently brought to your attention the Planning For Real exercise in
Thorntree and TS3 = www.ts3.org.uk 

And David blogged it

Now there are some new develoments.

The work in Thorntree has progressed to the next stage and I'm
delivering workshops to encourage and train community members to use
their community website. The workshops are called "The Full Digital
Monty" and I'm quite pleased that a resident of the estate has produced
the fliers (attached) and another couple from Thorntree are managing
bookings providing their home telephone number and email address. These
sessions look like they could be a real blast.

Now it is proposed that the "planning for real" exercise and the digital
media activity piloted in Thorntree will be repeated across right across
East Middlesbrough in several communities all of whom have the TS3
postcode. I'll be involved in the same capacity as the Thorntree
exercise which will produce several models of communities online.
