Crystal Palace CLT submits planning

Volunteers at Crystal Palace Community Land Trust have worked hard to submit planning proposals for 7 homes at under 70% of market value, on a site the council’s arms-length developer had considered too difficult.

The project faced many challenges, but volunteers have persevered to balance sustainability with community and affordability, with our support.
