[Bins] trouble with templates

When trying to use any template other than swigs, I get an error: 

 "Parameterless "use IO" deprecated at 
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.1/HTML/Clean.pm line 4".

I am running Mandriva cooker and bins-1.1.29-1mdk.
